
Grilled Honey Mustard Chicken (Batch Recipe)

Ingredients:
Honey Mustard Marinade

- 1/2 cup Dijon mustard (or yellow mustard for a milder flavor)
- 1/4 C honey
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise (for creaminess – optional but recommended)
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar (or lemon juice)
- Pinch of salt
- Fresh ground black pepper to taste
- 6-8 Chicken Breasts or Thighs
- Lindsays Kitchen Ranch Seasoning
Directions:
- In a small bowl, whisk marinade Ingredients together until smooth and creamy.
- Taste and adjust: more honey for sweetness, more vinegar for tang.
- Pour half to 3/4th dressing over thawed chicken. Allow to marinate for at least 1 hour, preferably longer if you have the time.
- Preheat Grill to 350-375
- Place chicken over indirect heat.
- Sprinkle halfway through with Lindsay’s Kitchen Ranch Seasoning, and flip.
- Cover remaining side with Ranch Seasoning
- Grill chicken to an internal doneness of 165
- Remove from heat and allow chicken to rest
- Serve with remainder honey mustard
