
Pumpkin Spice Muffins

Ingredients (makes 24 muffins)
- 4 cups Lindsay’s Kitchen Muffin Mix

2 cups pumpkin puree
- ½ cup melted butter
- 1 cup water
- 2 large eggs
- 2 Tbsp Lindsay’s Kitchen Pumpkin Spice Seasoning
- 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
- Optional: Cinnamon Roll Seasoning sprinkle or cream cheese swirl
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Line muffin tins.
- Mix wet ingredients pumpkin, melted butter, eggs, water, and vanilla.
- Stir in dry muffin mix + Pumpkin Spice Seasoning.
- Fill muffin cups ¾ full.
- Bake 18–22 min.
- Cool before serving or freezing
